A new offering!
This class draws on yoga philosophy to give you practical ways you can create a more harmonious inner life. In the class, we’ll learn how our thoughts, pranayama and meditation techniques connect to wellness and happiness. We’ll also explore some of the ways science and these yogic techniques connect to each other and end with a short meditation. Together with our It’s all about Energy! class we cover emotional and physical aspects of wellness.
